We’re looking for a Venue Manager - Bar to lead one of the most exciting bar experiences on the Gold Coast. Someone who understands atmosphere as much as operations. A natural host with sharp instincts, high standards and a genuine love for people, culture and nightlife. You’ll lead from the floor — setting the tone, building the team, driving service and creating nights guests talk about long after they leave. What You’ll Do

• Lead daily venue operations with confidence and energy
• Build a culture that feels warm, polished and creatively driven
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing bar team
• Own the guest experience from first pour to final goodbye
• Drive financial performance, labour management and venue targets
• Work closely with culinary, marketing and events teams to create experiences that feel distinctly ANdAZ
• Keep the venue dynamic, relevant and connected to local culture
