Senior Civil Engineer - Urban Development

Role description: Our Design and Engineering (Urban Development) division is seeking skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineers to join our dynamic team on the Gold Coast. You will contribute to the successful delivery of civil engineering projects, from feasibility and concept design to detailed design and construction. Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll play a key part in ensuring technical excellence and project success. Role accountabilities:

• Contributing to design delivery from feasibility studies and concept design to detailed design and construction.
• Coordination of small project teams
• Presenting concepts and designs to clients and senior management
• Technical quality assurance and report writing
• Participate in client workshops and communicate with key government stakeholders
• Manage selected projects meeting budgetary, quality and timeframe targets
• To build and consolidate networks within the industry

Qualifications & Experience:

• Highly regarded technical report writing competency
• Proven agility to work across multiple projects at once, coordinating design teams and liaising with clients
• Ability to working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design
• Ability to present design options and decisions

Must have experience:

• Experience working on Urban Development projects within South East Qld. or Northern NSW.

Desirable accreditation

• RPEQ or working towards this accreditation is highly advantages
