Project Manager - Digital & ICT Capital Program

Aspirante is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a major Digital & ICT Capital Program, delivering critical ICT and digital infrastructure outcomes across large-scale hospital facility projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a complex stakeholder environment, leading the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple ICT work packages that support the successful commissioning of new and upgraded facilities. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end project delivery across a range of technology streams, ensuring alignment between construction activities, operational requirements and ICT readiness milestones. About the Role As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of ICT work packages across major infrastructure projects, from planning through to commissioning and operational handover. You will manage the design, implementation and deployment of ICT infrastructure required to support new and redeveloped environments, while coordinating technical teams, delivery partners and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across the program. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ICT work packages across major infrastructure projects from planning through to commissioning and operational handover
• Manage the design, implementation and deployment of ICT infrastructure required to support new and redeveloped environments
• Coordinate and oversee Design & Build ICT activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules, construction milestones and operational requirements
• Manage PC integration, deployment and installation activities across operational and corporate environments
• Lead telephony implementation projects, including fixed-line, mobile and unified communications solutions
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, technology partners and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and status reports
• Manage governance requirements, including Steering Committee reporting, executive updates and stakeholder engagement activities
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
• Ensure ICT solutions comply with required standards, security requirements and architectural frameworks
• Support testing, commissioning, operational readiness and transition-to-support activities

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience delivering ICT projects within large-scale infrastructure, construction, healthcare or government environments
• Experience managing ICT components of capital works programs or facility commissioning projects
• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, including networking, end-user computing, telephony and systems integration
• Proven ability to manage multiple work packages concurrently within a complex program environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical teams, construction partners, vendors, operational stakeholders and executives
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks and governance processes
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies

Highly Desirable

• Experience delivering ICT projects within a large healthcare/hospital environment
• Experience supporting commissioning, operational readiness or facility activation programs
• Understanding of clinical technologies and healthcare ICT environments
• Relevant Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or equivalent
