Fleet Operations Officer

Drive the future of fleet management at ATCO Gas. We’re looking for a proactive Fleet Operations Officer to keep our fleet running smoothly, safely and efficiently. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for everything fleet-related from maintenance and compliance to enhancements and disposals. • Keep things moving by being the first point of contact for fleet issues, coordinating repairs and maintenance with vendors and internal teams.
• Stay ahead of the curve, by spotting trends and systemic issues and work with partners to implement smart solutions.
• Monitor inspections and servicing in maintenance system, follow up with drivers and ensure everything meets standards.
• Review requests for modifications, assess risks and benefits, and recommend improvements that align with our goals and budget.
• Support new vehicle & build specifications.
• Assist with insurance claims and keep our Jandakot pool cars in top shape.
• Raise Pos with vendors for servicing and repairs and process in maintenance system.

What You Bring

• A trade certificate in light/heavy vehicles (mechanical or electrical knowledge is a plus).
• A C-class driver’s licence (MR licence desirable).
• Experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
