The Role:

Aurizn have an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Support Officer to join the team and provide high-level administration support to the Business Development function. This role will be an integral role, ensuring that the business development operation is well organised and functioning efficiently.

This role will have a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Monitor and identify tender, procurement, and panel opportunities.
  • Obtain tender documentation and establish submission and proposal management processes.
  • Maintain and update CRM records and associated databases.
  • Ensure documentation and administrative records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support the business development process by scheduling meetings, coordinating gate reviews, and recording decisions.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and tenders.
  • Coordinate bid and proposal team meetings and reporting cadence.
  • Collate and manage administrative information required for proposals and bids.
  • Ad hoc business support duties as required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A current, or have eligibility to obtain a Baseline security clearance
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Experience providing administrative support within an engineering organisation is highly valued.
  • Experience working in a business development function is desirable.
  • An understanding of tendering and bid preparation processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
