Are you an experienced healthcare professional ready to take on a rewarding leadership role? I am working with a market leading Aged Care provider seeking an experience Aged Care Manager to run a 120 bed Residential Aged Care facility in the heart of Sydney.

Position: Residence Manager

Location: Sydney, Eastern Suburbs

Employment Type: Full-time, with relocation support

Remuneration: $160,000 - $170,000 + Super & Salary Packaging

The Residence Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
• Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
• Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community

Ideal candidate The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to aged care excellence.

They will possess:

• Qualifications: AHPRA registration, Clinical Background Essential for this role, ideally exposure to mental health
• Experience: Prior experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles
• Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and communication abilities
