SAP Specialist | $100K + Super | Growing Healthcare & Life Sciences Business

Are you an SAP professional who enjoys being the bridge between technology, systems and the wider business?

We are partnering with a growing healthcare and life sciences organisation looking for an SAP Specialist to support and optimise their SAP environment.

This is a hands-on role focused on SAP systems, reporting, infrastructure and continuous improvement, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and helping teams get more value from their systems. You will have the autonomy to take ownership of SAP support, reporting requirements and system improvements, with the opportunity to grow into a broader role over time.

The Role

Reporting into the business operations/technology function, you will be responsible for:

• Providing day-to-day SAP support and troubleshooting across the business
• Developing, maintaining and extracting SAP reports to support business decision-making
• Working across SAP systems, software and underlying IT infrastructure requirements
• Supporting system enhancements, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partnering with internal teams and external IT providers to resolve issues and improve functionality
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system utilisation
• Acting as a key point of contact for SAP-related queries across the organisation

About You

You will ideally have:

• Strong experience working with SAP in a support, analyst or specialist capacity
• Experience creating reports, pulling data and translating system information into meaningful insights
• Exposure to both software applications and broader infrastructure environments (hardware/software)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
• The ability to work autonomously while building strong relationships across the business
• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving systems and processes

Experience within healthcare, manufacturing, life sciences, supply chain or other regulated environments will be highly regarded.
