About the Agency
As the steward for digitally enabling Australia’s health system, the Agency plays a key role in coordinating national engagement, delivery, and adoption of digital health. Our responsibilities span national digital health services and systems, including MyHealth Record, Electronic Prescriptions, and the MyHealth App.
About the Role
Contribute to the uplift of internal IT applications and platforms, work with your team on the development and success of centre of excellence for IT and make a real time impact on how we work as an agency - results you can see!
• The role is accountable for creating and managing integrated project schedules that align dependencies and deliverables, track progress and minimise project risk.
• You will develop and manage documented plans, detailed and up-to-date project schedules, and clear formal and informal reporting.
• You thrive with frequent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, working on and resolving complex issues that may arise within a project.
What You’ll Bring
• Completed certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2, Certificate IV in Project Management Practice or a Diploma of Project Management for foundational skills.
• Two to five years experience supporting a project team or office as a project coordinator or project officer
• Experience using project planning tools and project management software as part of your everyday.
Eligibility
• Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
• Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.

Salary: This role offers between $98,045 - $110,612 plus 15.4% superannuation depending on skills and experience.
