• Unite stakeholders around a transparent roadmap and measurable KPIs.
• Keep status crystal-clear with rigorous controls, live dashboards and no-surprise comms.
• Coach & uplift junior PMs, share playbook tweaks, champion continuous improvement.
• Blend & bend—choose waterfall, agile or hybrid because dogma never delivered a milestone.
• Stay cool under fire—your calm head keeps schedules intact when curveballs fly.

• Multiple wins managing A$10 million+ projects for Tier-1 clients.
