Senior Project Engineer

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Maintenance and Industrial Services division, based in our Brisbane Head office Monday to Friday. Periodically you will be required to travel to site for short visits. Upon project completion, there may be additional ongoing work available. This high paced position will provide technical expertise across project management, estimating, procurement, contractual correspondence, quality assurance, and internal/external stakeholder management for a program of works. What you will bring: · 5+ years' experience working in an on-site project engineering or coordination position for large-scale resources oil and gas projects · Experience building strong, value driven client relationships · Proven experience in project management · Strong written and technical skills, with an innovative approach to technical problem-solving and continuous improvement · Experience of managing the contractual correspondence across project delivery · Front end estimating experience working within a bid or tender team for both shutdown and project work · Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels · A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment · Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport Life at Monadelphous We celebrate our diversity and shared values and are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
