Monsoons Darwin is seeking an experienced and dynamic Entertainment-Focused Venue Manager to lead our team. We're seeking a Venue Manager who is passionate about our customer experience. A VM who can execute activations, build strong relationships with DJs & promoters, loves a bit of footy, and is keen to develop their team. As Venue Manager, you'll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our fast paced venue. We're in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing multi-paced venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams. We Are Offering

  • Generous Salary $100,000 - $110,000 + Super
  • Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct late-night entertainment experience
  • Minimum two years experience in a Venue Manager role
  • Proven track record in event and entertainment programming
  • Ability to coordinate schedules and manage performers effectively
  • Budget development and oversight experience
  • Knowledge of hospitality-related legislation and compliance
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop management teams.
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness and implementing operations best practices.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional, ethical standards and a diverse workplace
