About The Facility Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac. About The Role As an Associate Unit Nurse Manager (ANUM), you will provide clinical leadership and management, assisting the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure the operational needs of the ward/unit are met. You'll be responsible for clinical and professional role modelling; guiding staff toward the best possible care standards whilst fostering continuous improvement within the ward/unit. Additionally, you will support and encourage the professional development of nursing staff to ensure ongoing growth and excellence in clinical practice.
