About The Role As an Associate Unit Nurse Manager (ANUM), you will provide clinical leadership and management, assisting the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure the operational needs of the ward/unit are met. You'll be responsible for clinical and professional role modelling; guiding staff toward the best possible care standards whilst fostering continuous improvement within the ward/unit. Additionally, you will support and encourage the professional development of nursing staff to ensure ongoing growth and excellence in clinical practice.
