Role Overview

We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to join our Sydney office working exclusively on one of the agency’s most exciting clients. You will help bring big ideas to life across brand, campaign and retail work. You’ll be hands-on in the craft, confident executing concepts, and comfortable collaborating with creatives, strategists and producers to deliver work that’s smart, distinctive and category leading.

This role is ideal for a Designer who loves the idea of an in-house system working across an automotive brand, but with the support of an agency network, working with the wider team day-to-day. They can run with projects independently, take ownership and is keen to sharpen their thinking and craft within a fast-paced agency environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality creative across print and digital.
  • Translate creative concepts into clear, compelling visual outcomes.
  • Work closely with copywriters, art directors and creative leads to execute integrated ideas.
  • Take ownership of design tasks from concept through to delivery.
  • Manage multiple jobs at once, balancing speed, quality and attention to detail.
  • Present design work both internally and to clients.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while knowing when to push boundaries.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in an advertising agency, in-house, design studio or similar environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, layout and visual craft.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Solid understanding of brand systems and campaign execution.
  • Good time management and the ability to work collaboratively and independently when required
  • A collaborative mindset and able to take feedback confidently.
  • Curiosity, taste and a genuine interest in advertising and design.
  • A hunger to learn, incorporate and use AI in your workstream.

Nice to Have

  • Motion, animation or basic video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with digital design and Figma is a bonus.
  • Exposure to client presentations or direct client feedback.
  • Interest in the automotive sector.
