About The Role BDO (NT) is the leading full-service Audit, Tax and Advisory firm in the Northern Territory, with a team of 6 Partners and over 45 team members. About You In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive range of audit tasks with care and accuracy whilst providing support and assistance to junior team members.   • Tertiary qualifications being a Bachelor of Business/Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent
  • Be a member or a near member of CAANZ or CPA (or international equivalent)
  • The ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and solve problems
  • Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Professional presentation with a friendly manner and proactive attitude
  • Strong IT and computer skills. You will embrace new technology and have the ability to adapt quickly
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to effectively manage your own workflow
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
