Strategy, Planning and Insights Lead – Independent Media Agency | North Sydney

At Bench, strategy isn't a department, it's how we win pitches, deepen client relationships and grow the agency. As Strategy, Planning and Insights Lead, you'll have genuine influence over all three

. You'll be the senior strategic voice across pitches, client planning and proprietary research, partnering with our Client Growth Director to win new business and deepen what we deliver to the brands that already trust us. You'll set direction in boardrooms and roll up your sleeves on RFP responses. You'll own our Nielsen CMV practice, drive the commercialisation of Bench Lens (our research product suite), and build Bench's external profile through thought leadership and industry commentar
