Description Provide administrative and compliance support in the coordination of curriculum delivery, assessment and reporting. General Responsibilities Curriculum & Compliance Maintain and update student subject enrolments and results in TASS, iLearn and NESA systems. Upload Year 10–12 grades, assessments and major project files to the NESA Schools Online portal. Coordinate Confirmation of Entry, Minimum Standards testing and HSC eligibility processes for all candidates. Oversee ROSA (Record of School Achievement) processing for departing students. Monitor, interpret and action all NESA communications, ensuring adherence to deadlines, policy changes, nominations, uploads/downloads and compliance tasks. Assessment Development & Markbook Management Review and publish the annual Assessment Guide (update throughout the year as required). Set up digital markbooks each new academic year; maintain markbooks throughout the year, adjust for student arrivals/departures/class changes. Track student progress in iLearn; generate and send warning letters/emails to students and parents for missing tasks, liaising with classroom teachers to resolve issues. Receive and process assessment appeals; conduct preliminary investigations and draft responses in consultation with Head of Department, or Director of Studies. Exams & Testing Coordination Support administration of NAPLAN for Years 3, 5, 7 and 9, including online platform setup (managed by MS Secretary), room bookings and student communication. Support administration of Minimum Standards testing for students in Year 10, 11, and 12, including online set up in Schoolsonline. Reporting & Data Analysis Set up, monitor and publish Senior School reports. Maintain a central Curriculum Calendar, integrated with the main school calendar, capturing key NESA and internal curriculum dates. Meetings, Communication & Documentation Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items for all curriculum-related meetings. Act as the key point of contact for parents, students and external providers on curriculum-related inquiries. Special Projects & Other Duties Manage enrolment and support arrangements for students studying externally or via distance education. Participate in professional learning to stay current with NESA curriculum reforms and best practices. Contribute to whole-school initiatives as directed by the Principal. Key Skills & Strengths High-level accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, reporting and documentation. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple overlapping timelines. Strong written and verbal communication; confident in minute-taking and stakeholder liaison. Proficiency in TASS, iLearn, NESA Schools Online, MS Excel. Sound problem-solving skills; flexible and adaptive when faced with last-minute changes. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential student information and appeals. Collaborative mindset and customer-service orientation when supporting staff, students and parents.
