Details Pay Rate: $55.24 per hour + SuperStart: ASAPContract Length: Until December 2026Work Type: Hybrid Working ArrangementLocations: Newcastle, Charlestown, Gosford, Taree, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, TamworthDivision: NSW/ACT Division – Regional Services Key Responsibilities As An APS5 Project Officer, You Will Work Collaboratively To Ensure Projects Are Delivered Efficiently And Outcomes Support Organisational Priorities. Your Day-to-day Will Include Project Support: Managing initiatives with minimal supervision to hit deadlines and quality benchmarks.Data & Insights: Managing data across systems to ensure integrity and translating complex data into clear reports and presentations.Change Management: Supporting staff through transitions by contributing to training, workshops, and communication strategies.Communication: Developing and maintaining guidance materials and tracking the effectiveness of messaging across the agency.Stakeholder Engagement: Building collaborative relationships to resolve routine issues and progress operational tasks.
