Events and Customer Experience Officer

About The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable individual to join our Cessnock office in a full-time position. Key Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Supporting our team with vineyard events & concerts, rail replacement services, conference & wine tours, school and general charters
• Demonstrated ability to perform the complete quoting, invoicing and payment collection process from commencement through to finalisation
• General clerical and administrative duties
• Maintain and update website and social media content, including event information, promotions, and announcements.

About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Solid experience in general administration
• High attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
• A positive and professional approach to customer service
• Confidence using MS Office and general computer systems
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment

Experience in the transport industry will be highly regarded, though not essential. Full training in industry-specific systems will be provided. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $70,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
