Quest Maitland is a serviced apartment hotel located in the heart of Maitland. The property features 42 well-appointed rooms, designed to provide guests with a comfortable, relaxing experience. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Casual Hotel Receptionist to join our team. If you demonstrate a passion for customer service ensuring a positive experience for all guests, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, a keen eye for detail, high standards of personal presentation, and a highly team orientated then we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, responsible for all aspects of front office reception. Your role will include:

• Delivering exceptional, personalised service to guests.
• Responding to accommodation inquiries.
• Processing reservations.
• Assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and local area.
• Ensuring the seamless operation of the reception desk.

Key Requirements

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
