About the role: Manage a broad mix of Wills & Estates matters, including estate planning, probate, estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, enduring guardianship documents and deceased estates matters.Draft and advise on wills, estate planning documents, probate applications and related estate documents.Work closely with clients, executors, beneficiaries and families across sensitive estate planning and administration matters.Senior lawyers will have scope to take on a more prominent role within the practice. The ideal candidate: 3+ PQE in wills, estate planning, probate and estate administration.Experience in succession planning is highly regarded but not essential.Strong client management skills and a calm, professional approach to sensitive matters.Clear drafting skills and strong attention to detail.Practical, relationship-driven and commercially minded.Willingness to travel to the Newcastle office at least once or twice per week (if choosing to work from Central Coast office).
