Site Manager

An opportunity is available for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established contractor, delivering complex, Community Centre with Residential housing. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the project, managing all on-site operations to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time and on-budget outcomes. Key Responsibilities Include Managing all on-site construction activities including labour, subcontractors and plantDriving program, cost, quality and safety performanceCoordinating consultants, authorities and key stakeholdersEnsuring full compliance with WHS, site safety and risk management requirementsLeading, mentoring and developing site-based staffMaintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers About You: Proven experience as a Site Manager, Senior Foreman or Leading Hand on large-format commercial or residential projectsStrong understanding of buildability, sequencing and site logisticsExcellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsA construction-related qualification (Construction Management, Building or Engineering preferred) What’s On Offer / Salary Package Salary: $140k-$150k + Super + Company CarLong-term project stability Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding business.
