Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Project Estimator located in the Greater Hobart Area. The Project Estimator will be responsible for managing cost estimates, preparing project budgets, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. Daily tasks include conducting site visits, reviewing project documentation, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure accurate project estimation.

Qualifications

• Cost Management and Budgeting skills
• Experience with Project Estimation and Construction Estimating
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in commercial furniture, fitout, or refurbishment projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
