Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee regional operations for a leading supplier, ensuring flawless project delivery and excellent client service
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow the market share, expand relationships, and increase brand presence within the region
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and project professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, initiative, and industry knowledge
- Drive revenue growth by proactively engaging with architects, interior designers, and contractors to secure high-value projects
- Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and resource allocation
- Keep across market trends, new product developments, and competitor activity to position the company as a leader in premium interior solutions
Skills & Experience:
- Previous success in managing a sales team or operations within the interior products, flooring, or related sectors; or the motivation to step up
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve and exceed targets
- Deep understanding of the architectural and design industries, with established relationships with architects and interior professionals
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, pricing, and deal negotiation
