Advisors navigate specialist wagering systems in real time while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards and safer gambling protocols.
Comprehensive training programmes build in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise to handle complex customer interactions with confidence.
Working 5 days over 7 with shifts across evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Confident and calm approach when making sound judgements in high-pressure scenarios
- Strong keyboard skills with fast, accurate data entry
- Sound knowledge of sports, fixtures and wagering markets
- Background in a contact centre or telephone-based customer service environment
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Clear communication and active listening abilities
Additional Information
- Process telephone bets accurately while managing general account queries
- Manage inbound customer calls efficiently using specialist telephony system Avaya
- Explain bet types and account features using comprehensive product knowledge
- Identify potential customer harm early to uphold responsible gambling commitments
- Escalate complex account issues and safer gambling concerns in line with established procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to maintain exceptional service standards
- Adhere to regulatory requirements, security protocols and operational compliance standards
