We're looking for a Finance Manager to take charge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement for our high-profile Gold Coast Account. If you're a finance pro ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the role for you. What You'll Be Doing

• End-to-end financial management and reporting
• Lead billing, payments, and variations processes
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Oversee monthly accruals and provide variance commentary
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports
• Analyse financial data to spot trends and drive improvements
• Partner with internal teams and clients to deliver financial excellence

What You'll BringMust-Haves:

• Proven experience in finance or accounting management
• Strong grasp of financial standards and compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Word
• Sharp business acumen with solid commercial insight
• Experience with QA, WH&S, and environmental systems

Nice-to-Haves:

• Exposure to facilities management or corporate real estate
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms
• Experience working within integrated property or services models

Education & Certifications:

• Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• CA or CPA qualified (mandatory)
• At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting/reporting
• Experience supporting property or portfolio services
