We Want a Hunter
We are looking for a proven new business salesperson who wants to find deals, open
doors, win revenue and grow accounts.
Neural Intent is BigAds’ new performance advertising platform, built to help brands
generate measurable outcomes across the open web.
This is not an account management role.
Your job is to sell.
You will find opportunities, get in front of performance marketers, understand their
commercial challenges and explain how we can help improve outcomes.
The conversation comes first.
You need to understand what the client is trying to achieve, what they are paying today,
their CPA, ROAS, conversion challenges and where the opportunity sits.
Then you use Neural Intent to demonstrate the solution.
The platform is the sales aid. The commercial conversation leads the sale.
What You Will Do
You will:
• Hunt for new business every week
• Get meetings with brands, agencies and performance teams
• Understand their commercial objectives and performance challenges
• Identify opportunities where BigAds can improve outcomes
• Use Neural Intent to demonstrate how we solve the problem
• Convert opportunities into paid trials
• Turn successful trials into ongoing revenue
• Retain and grow the business you win
• Own and deliver your monthly revenue target
Our typical entry point is a $10K performance trial.
But the trial is only the start.
Win the business, prove the performance, retain it and turn it into always on
revenue.
The business you win stays with you and contributes towards your monthly target.
The more recurring revenue you build, the easier it becomes to hit and exceed your
number.
Who We Want
You understand performance marketing and can confidently talk about CPA, CPC,
ROAS, conversion and acquisition.
You might come from an agency, adtech business, DSP, publisher, retail media
company or client side performance team.
More importantly, you are someone who:

Remuneration
Base salary: $130,000 to $150,000 plus super
Uncapped commission
Target OTE: $200,000 to $220,000 plus
Accelerators for exceeding target
We expect you to start selling from day one.
