As we expand our presence across metro and regional South Australia, we’re looking for an inspiring and capable Project Manager to join our Regional Infrastructure team.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and based at our Wingfield office, this role will also involve travel to rural project sites, so flexibility to work away from home when needed is essential.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Lead the successful delivery of civil / road infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Balance budgets, schedules, and client expectations with integrity.
• Foster a strong safety and quality culture across project sites.
• Manage project risks while championing environmental and community outcomes.
• Build trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure clear reporting, forecasting, and documentation every step of the way.

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years of experience managing civil infrastructure or construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience working with public sector clients or on government-funded projects.
• Inclusive leadership skills and a collaborative approach to team development.
• Confidence in project planning, budget management, and contract compliance.
