Process Engineer

The Role: My client is a well established and growing FMCG business. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency across the site. Reporting to the Engineering Manager your responsiblities will include:

• Analyze and optimize production processes for better efficiency, cost savings, and product quality.
• Develop and implement process improvements to meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance production operations and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols while maintaining sustainable practices.

Your Background:

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in food manufacturing or similar industries.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the food industry.
• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
