YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Consultant – Trade Store, based in Darwin! This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our trade and retail customers. Working within a fast-paced store environment, you will support customers with product selection, order processing, and solutions that meet their business needs. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with our customers, working closely with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of customer service, sales, and operational responsibilities. Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Provide exceptional customer service to trade and retail customers, both in-store and over the phone
  • Process sales orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers with product selection and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions
  • Support store operations including stock replenishment, merchandising, and general housekeeping
  • Ensure all safety, compliance, and company policies are adhered to at all times

  • Previous experience in a retail, trade, or customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
