Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid Sales Specialist role based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Specialist will manage customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, responding to inquiries, and offering product recommendations. Responsibilities include generating new sales opportunities, driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and providing product training to customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive relationships and provide tailored solutions.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and implement effective strategies.
- Capability in Training to educate customers or team members about products and services.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with an ability to adapt to hybrid work environments.
- Experience in the plumbing, bathroom, kitchen, or home improvement industry is an advantage

- Willing to travel interstate if required
