Contract Administrator

Exciting Contract Administrator opportunity to join a leading Tier 3 Builder-projects up to $60mil-St Kilda office location

Role & Responsibilities:

• Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
• Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
• Tracking of project expenditure against budget
• Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting

Your Background:

• Must have 3+ years experience with a Commercial/Apartment Builder as a Contracts Administrator
• Main Contractor experience is a must
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
• Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes

You will receive:

• $120k - $160k package
• Excellent mentoring and gain valuable experience
• Strong Pipeline working with a leading Tier 3 Commercial builder
• Variety of projects to further your reputation in the industry
