About the role: We’re seeking a driven Project Manager with strong experience in commercial fit-out to lead a high-spec $5m office project. You’ll manage the entire lifecycle of the build, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day project operations from design finalisation through to handover
- Manage budgets, program, subcontractors, and safety requirements
- Liaise with clients and consultants to maintain project alignment
- Report to senior management and ensure KPIs are met
You will need:
- Proven experience managing fit-out or refurbishment projects from $2m–$10m
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, building, or project management
