We are seeking a Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of project and change initiatives by planning, coordinating and executing structured communications and stakeholder engagement activities across the project lifecycle.
As a Change Analyst, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of change management artefacts, including:
• Change and Adoption Plans
• Business Readiness Checklists
• Learning Plans, schedules and supporting materials
• Stakeholder and engagement artefacts
• Communications plans and schedules
• Support the implementation of change activities aligned to agreed frameworks and methodologies.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting change progress, issues and risks.
• Bring structure and discipline to communications and engagement activities to ensure consistency and quality of delivery.
• Plan and align communications with project lifecycle stages and key delivery milestones.
• Reduce the production and coordination burden on change analysts and project managers through structured, repeatable approaches and materials.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years working in a similar capacity.
• Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change initiatives within a project or program environment.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and supporting business readiness activities.
• Experience working in government or complex organisational environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint.
Desirable Requirements:
• Tertiary qualifications in business, communication or a similar discipline would be highly regarded.
• Professional change management qualifications such as PROSCI are desirable.
• Experience working on large scale digital, ICT or enterprise system implementations.
• Experience in the use of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Experience in using a range of software products such as SharePoint Online administration, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Visio, Viva Engage, Forms, etc
