Detailed Job DescriptionBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as primary Business Analyst partner to Operations, working closely with Antoinette (Ops) for requirement validation, prioritization, and sign-off.
• Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions with Operations, Credit, Front Office, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Translate operational pain points and manual processes into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the bridge between Ops and IT, ensuring Loan IQ enhancements align with real-world processing needs.Loan IQ Functional OwnershipProvide end-to-end functional expertise across Loan IQ processing, including:

• Deal and facility setup
• Loan drawdowns, rollovers, repricing, and rate resets
• Interest accruals, margins, fees, and charges
• Scheduled and unscheduled repayments, prepayments, and break funding
• Amendments, waivers, and restructures
• Secondary trading and participation processing (if applicable)
• Validate correct event sequencing, accounting treatment, and downstream impacts during configuration or change.
