Analyst – Real Estate Private Credit | Sydney

A leading non-bank lender / real estate credit platform is looking to hire an Analyst to support the origination, execution, and management of property finance transactions across Australia.

This is a high-exposure role working directly with senior dealmakers across a diverse pipeline of debt, JV, and equity-backed real estate transactions.

The Role

You will be involved across the full deal lifecycle, including:

• Financial modelling and feasibility analysis across property transactions

• Assessing creditworthiness of development and investment opportunities

• Supporting due diligence across valuations, project documentation, and market data

• Assisting with structuring and execution of debt facilities and JV arrangements

• Preparing credit papers, investment memos, and term sheets

• Supporting ongoing portfolio and asset management, including covenant monitoring

• Engaging with borrowers, consultants, and internal stakeholders

You’ll gain exposure to transactions across residential, commercial, industrial, and land subdivisions

About You

• 1–5 years’ experience in:

• Property finance / real estate lending
• Investment banking / credit / debt advisory
• Big 4 / valuations / transactions

• Strong financial modelling skills (Excel)

• Understanding of real estate development and investment fundamentals

• Knowledge of key credit metrics (LVR, ICR, etc.) is advantageous

• High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset

• Commercial, proactive, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
