Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality meals for residents
- Support bulk cooking and food production requirements
- Prepare texture-modified meals in line with individual dietary needs
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company procedures
- Deliver exceptional service to residents and stakeholders
About YouDesired Skills and Experience
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a similar Chef role
- Aged care catering experience highly desirable
- Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to quality, food safety and customer service
