Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an enthusiastic and motivated Salesperson to join the City Mazda team in Melbourne, VIC. Responsibilities include assisting customers with vehicle inquiries, understanding customer needs to provide tailored recommendations, conducting test drives, and closing sales. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
• Knowledge of automotive products and services; passion for vehicles is advantageous
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques
• Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage but not required
• Valid driver's license and ability to conduct test drives
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to teamwork and customer engagement
