The role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate (minimum 4 PQE) to join our Banking & Financial Services team located in Perth. Under the guidance of Partner Rohan Mishra and Kate Casellas, you will join a busy transactional practice working on industry leading deals working alongside other senior lawyers in the team. The role will see you working on a broad range of matters acting for corporate entities, financial institutions and international funds as well as collaborating with other practice areas. As a driven Lawyer/Senior Associate, this opportunity will develop your skills in an intellectually challenging area and exposure you to innovative financing techniques and structures. In this team every transaction is different, so consistent learning and collaboration is all part of the package. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role you will have:

• Minimum 4 PQE, ideally with some experience in a similar role or private practice
• the ability to communicate with impact (both written and verbal);
• an intellectually inquisitive nature and strong willingness to learn;
• a collegiate mindset
