Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join the Colliers Industrial Advisory team as a Project Manager on a 12-month contract. In this newly created role, you’ll be embedded in-house with one of our major corporate clients, leading the delivery of new industrial projects from inception through to completion**.** Your focus will be to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to program, while supporting the client with Development Advisory and Project Management services across a range of upcoming projects. Other Responsibilities Include

• Deliver multiple industrial projects across the full development lifecycle, from inception to completion
• Manage all required local authority approvals, including conditions precedent under AFL or D&C contracts (where applicable)
• Ensure projects meet performance briefs, specifications, drawings, approvals, NCC standards and quality benchmarks
• Partner closely with the client to optimise outcomes through design and value management, improving cost, functionality and efficiency
• Manage project budgets, consultant and contractor claims, ensuring accurate financial reporting and delivery within agreed budgets

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ industrial project management experience, ideally within a developer, D&C contractor or consultancy
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, project management or a related field
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and make sound decisions
• Solid understanding of Workplace Health & Safety and Safety in Design principles across industrial developments
