Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne CBD.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and building strong client relationships. You will manage the full sales cycle, from generating opportunities to closing deals and growing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Build and grow a strong client portfolio
- Prepare proposals and close deals confidently
- Manage renewals, pricing discussions, and client retention
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a consistent client experience
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong track record of winning and closing deals
- Experience managing pipelines and client relationships
- Confident in preparing proposals and handling negotiations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, organised, and results-focused
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Experience in flexible workspace or serviced offices is an advantage
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
