Assistant Project Manager (Client-side)

This is an Assistant Project Manager role for someone who wants to be properly involved, not hidden behind spreadsheets or stuck doing admin while senior PMs run the show.

You'll be joining a highly experienced team that needs another capable set of hands, which means exposure, trust, and accountability from day one.

What you're walking into

You'll work closely with two senior leaders across retail, commercial and industrial projects at different stages of delivery, from fast-moving fit outs to complex new builds with serious moving parts.

What you'll actually be doing

You'll be involved across:

• Contract administration and cost tracking
• Working directly with builders and site teams
• Coordinating consultants and stakeholders
• Supporting live projects through construction and close-out
• Gradually developing into full life cycle of projects from concept to handover

Which means you're learning how projects actually run, not just how they're meant to run in theory.

This will suit you if…

• You're solid on CA fundamentals and understand how contracts work in practice.
• You've come from head contractor, architecture or engineering and have had some exposure to project coordination.
• You're proactive, organised, and don't wait to be told what to do next.
