We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering complex civil works including earthworks, roads, rail and structures.
This is an opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects while developing the skills required to progress into a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager role.
FIFO opportunities are also available from Newcastle.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in delivering major civil infrastructure projects valued at $50M+, working closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers and Supervisors to drive programme, quality, safety and commercial outcomes.
This role provides exposure to technically challenging works while offering strong mentoring and a clear pathway into senior leadership roles.

About You
You are a motivated and capable engineer who thrives on delivering complex civil projects and developing leadership capability.
You will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects $10M+
- Background in earthworks, roads, rail or structures
- Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive project outcomes
- Solid understanding of safety, quality and environmental compliance
