Senior Project Manager

ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading piling and ground engineering contractor in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior leadership role overseeing major piling, foundations, geotechnical, and heavy civil infrastructure projects across the QLD region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of major piling, foundation, and ground engineering projects across Queensland
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful outcomes across safety, programme, quality, and cost
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams
• Drive strong commercial and operational performance across projects
• Maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships
• Contribute positively to business performance, team culture, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong commercial acumen and operational delivery capability
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing project delivery teams
• Hands-on project delivery experience within contractor environments
• Strong understanding of construction execution, programme delivery, commercial management, and site operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
