About the role
This role will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities through third-party sales agents, land agents, referral partners, and other external sales channels. You'll build strong industry relationships, grow house and land package and townhome sales, expand our stock portfolio, and identify opportunities to increase market presence across Melbourne metro areas.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party sales agents, land agents and referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand external sales channels.
- Drive house and land package and townhome sales.
- Identify opportunities to expand our stock portfolio and market presence.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business growth.
About you
Ideally, you'll bring experience in business development within the residential building or property industry. However, we're also open to ambitious, commercially minded individuals looking to take the next step in their career within the property industry.
You'll ideally demonstrate:
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally involving house and land packages or town homes
- Ability to establish and grow relationships with third-party sales agents, land agents, and referral partners
- Existing industry networks and external sales channels would be highly regarded
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify market trends, provide valuable insights and recognise growth opportunities
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
- A genuine desire to grow, learn and succeed
