The Opportunity
As Project Director, you'll lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects while driving operational and business development activities within the Queensland business. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll provide strategic direction, mentoring, and hands-on leadership across project design, delivery, and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless delivery across all project stages.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality outcomes and repeat business.

Supporting business development and work-winning initiatives across key market sectors.

Managing budgets, resourcing, and project governance to ensure financial and delivery targets are achieved.

Coaching and developing team members to foster capability, confidence, and performance.

Contributing to the growth of the business through leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
About You
You are a highly experienced Project or Development Management professional with:

10+ years of experience in project management or development management within the construction and property sector.

At least 5 years of experience within the Brisbane market.

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, clients, and complex projects concurrently.

A collaborative, commercial, and solution-oriented mindset.
