About The Role
CSR are seeking an experienced and motivated Distribution Centre Supervisor to join our Archerfield team and play a key role in leading daily warehouse and transport operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on logistics professional who enjoys leading teams, driving operational excellence and fostering a strong safety culture.
Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, the Distribution Centre Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day warehouse and transport activities, ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant movement of products while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your Role Will Include
- Lead the day-to-day warehouse and transport operations to deliver safe, efficient and on-time customer service outcomes.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Planning teams to optimise operational performance.
- Drive a culture of safety, continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), environmental and legislative requirements.
- Lead investigations and resolution of safety incidents, customer complaints and operational issues.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support stocktakes and cycle count processes.
- Build, coach and develop a high-performing team through effective leadership, communication and engagement.
- Conduct regular team briefings to align priorities, performance targets and safety expectations.
- Identify and implement logistics and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Proven experience leading warehouse and transport operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- A hands-on, results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong planning, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with WMS/TMS and Microsoft Office applications.
