Founded in 2015, CUB has grown into one of Australia’s most recognised business communities, with premium clubhouses across major cities, thousands of members nationally, and an ambitious vision to become a globally recognised institution for business owners to connect.

Now, we are entering our next stage of growth.

We are seeking an Operating Partner to launch and lead CUB Gold Coast.

This is not a traditional management role.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious operator to become the face of CUB in their city, build deep relationships with influential business owners, and play a leading role in expanding one of Australia’s most respected business communities nationally and internationally.

The Opportunity

As the Operating Partner, you will sit at the centre of your city’s business community.

You will lead local club performance across sales, member experience, retention and growth, while building a highly connected and engaged membership base.

You will be responsible for helping establish CUB as one of the most valuable business communities in your city.

You will:

• Become the face of CUB in Adelaide or the Gold Coast
• Build relationships with leading business owners and entrepreneurs
• Drive membership growth and club performance
• Lead and mentor a local team
• Help shape the local member experience and culture
• Represent CUB at events and within the wider business community
• Play a key role in the national expansion of the brand

You may have previously been:

• A business owner or operator

The Commercial Opportunity

This role has been designed for someone who wants to think long term.

Operating Partners will have the opportunity to either:

1. Invest into the local business, or

2. Earn sweat equity over time through performance

Compensation includes:

• Competitive salary
• Revenue share or Dividends
• Equity pathway
• OTE of $250,000+ annually, plus Dividends
