Project Coordinator – Cube NetworksLocation: Southbank

Employment Type: Permanent

About Cube Networks

Cube Networks is a leading technology consultancy delivering managed services, project delivery, and solutions across network, security, and cloud environments. With a strong presence in Australia and a growing delivery hub in Colombo, Cube partners with enterprise clients to drive transformation, performance, and operational excellence.

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organised and confident Project Coordinator to join Cube Networks. Working closely with project stakeholders, you will play a critical role in coordinating project activities while directly engaging with retail store teams. This is a communication-heavy role where you’ll act as the bridge between the project team and stores—driving clarity, consistency, and adoption of key initiatives.

You’ll be comfortable picking up the phone, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and supporting change across a distributed retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and track progress against timelines

• Engage directly with stores via outbound calls to communicate updates, actions, and requirements

• Support change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and ways of working

• Capture feedback, risks, and issues from stores and escalate appropriately

• Maintain accurate documentation, call logs, and status reporting

• Assist with stakeholder communications, reporting, and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills — confidence on the phone is essential

• Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support, or PMO role

• Exposure to change management activities (formal or informal)

• Ability to engage effectively with frontline staff and store teams

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities

• Resilient, proactive, and confident handling challenging conversations

Why Cube Networks?

• Join a high-performing consultancy supporting leading enterprise clients

• Collaborative, fast-paced delivery environment

• Permanent opportunity with strong career growth potential

• Exposure to impactful, large-scale transformation initiatives
