We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Leasing Executive to join a busy Property Management team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working with people. Apply Now!!! DONT MISS OUT!!! As a Leasing Executive, you will manage the end-to-end leasing process, including onboarding new managements, advertising properties, conducting inspections, assessing tenant suitability, and coordinating ongoing maintenance on behalf of owners. You will liaise regularly with landlords, tenants, tradespeople, and internal teams to ensure properties are well managed and compliant. While based in the Canning Vale office, this role involves significant time in the field conducting inspections and viewings. Some evening and weekend work will be required. Key Responsibilities Processing & Onboarding New Managements

  • Welcome landlords and establish digital files
  • Complete compliance checks (CTs, CMAs)
  • Arrange landlord insurance, building and depreciation quotes
  • Issue charges and ensure accurate system uploads

Leasing

  • Advertise properties for lease
  • Conduct home opens and inspections
  • Process applications and assess tenant suitability
  • Negotiate between landlords and prospective tenants
  • Coordinate lease handovers

Maintenance

  • Manage tenant maintenance requests
  • Assess validity prior to logging
  • Liaise with landlords, obtain quotes, and arrange repairs
  • Close maintenance jobs once invoices are received

Court Preparation (if required)

  • Apply for court orders via the eCourts portal
  • Prepare documentation and attend hearings

About You

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities
  • Confident using cloud-based systems and Apple devices
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Completion of a DMIRS-approved Property Management course
  • Australian Driver’s Licence
  • National Police Clearance
