Senior Integration Developer

The Opportunity This is a chance to own integration delivery in a modern Azure environment, working across high-impact digital programs that support customers, & communities. You will shape integration patterns, improve data flows, and be a key voice in how systems connect across a complex enterprise, while enjoying genuine flexibility and a values-driven culture. The Role In this role, you will design, build, and support secure, scalable integration solutions across a broad application landscape.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-volume integrations using Node.js, Python, and Azure services
• Implement reusable integration patterns, frameworks, and data mappings to improve speed and consistency
• Build and manage Azure integration components, including APIM, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation to streamline deployment, testing, and release of integrations
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and optimise data flows across systems
• Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align solutions to strategy 2030 and digital priorities

About You You will bring a strong technical integration toolkit, balanced with practical delivery experience and clear, confident communication.

• 5+ years' experience delivering enterprise integrations using Node.js, Python, and modern API practices
• Proven hands-on experience with Azure APIM, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions in production environments
• Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, validation, and governance across interconnected systems
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment, balancing multiple priorities, and driving continuous improvement
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a growth mindset and resilience
